This year West Bund Art & Design is launching a brand-new program for video art: DREAM Video 100. More than 100 works of video art by over 90 artists from China and abroad will be on display for 12 hours each day. The content and format of these many works are varied and expansive. In this way, DREAM Video 100 demonstrates the multidimensional development and diverse possibilities of video works on a global scale in the past three decades.
